The full audit documents are available for inspection from the Clerk Mr Vince Price, 37, Manselfield Road, Murton SA3 3AG, between the hours of 10am and 4pm Monday- Friday from Monday 1st July to Wednesday 31st July 2019.
May Day celebrations this year will be held on Monday the 6th May. The community Council are arranging several small events to supplement the May Pole dancing, by Bishopston Primary School. Any person wishing to have a stall or other activity, please contact the Clerk to the Council who will forward the requests to the May Day Committee.
Community Council Vacancies
There are two vacancies on the Community Council which can be filled by the Co-opted procedure. Any interested parties please contact Vince Price the Clerk on 01792 449959
The service was very well attended in spite of the bad weather. Thank you to all those who helped on the day it was much appreciated. A big thank you to Bishopston Primary School Choir , Reverend Andy Walker, Reverend Canon Peter Brooks, Colin Jones, Graham Jones, Susan Dunce, June Thomas, Janette Thomas, Lucie Sudbruy, Gareth Jenkins, Jim Karbia, The bugler and standard bearers.
The fireworks display was very successful this year in comparison to previous years, with a minimal loss of only £150.50p. Financial copies are available from the Clerk to the Council. A special thank you to all our volunteers who made the event so successful.
